These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of solvingdispatch.com and any training program, consulting engagement, or software waitlist you sign up for through this site. By using this site or booking a course, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Solving Dispatch provides:

• Training programs in Trucking Dispatch, Freight Broker, and Compliance, delivered online and in person in select cities
• Consulting services covering authority setup, compliance filings and renewals, and branding & identity
• A Transportation Management System (TMS) that is currently in development; joining the waitlist does not guarantee a launch date, specific features, or access

Course Enrollment & Payment

Course prices are listed on the Training page and are charged in full at the time of booking through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

In-person minimums: if an in-person class date does not reach the minimum enrollment needed to run in person, your seat is automatically shifted to the equivalent online course, and you are refunded $250, the price difference between the in-person and online formats.

Outside of that shift, all course fees are otherwise non-refundable once a class date has started. If you need to reschedule before a class starts, contact us and we'll do our best to move you to another available date.

Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a class date for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available date, your choice.

Waitlist & Beta Software

Joining the TMS waitlist is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything. Features, pricing, and launch timing described on the Software page are subject to change before release.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, written content, and branding on this site belong to Solving Dispatch. Enrolling in a course gives you a personal license to use the materials for your own learning, not to copy, resell, or redistribute them.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Our training and consulting are intended to help you build knowledge and good practices; they do not guarantee any specific business outcome, certification approval, or regulatory result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solving Dispatch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable within it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site or book a course after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
