Solving Dispatch ("we," "us," "our") operates solvingdispatch.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us through the forms on this site:

• Contact and enrollment forms (waitlist, discovery call, training advisor requests): name, email address, phone number, company details, and anything you write in a message field.
• Course bookings: when you book a course, payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We receive your first and last name, date of birth, email, the course and date you selected, and confirmation that payment was completed. For in-person courses, your name and date of birth must match the government-issued photo ID you present at check-in, this is why we collect them. We do not receive or store your card number.

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this site.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and requests for information
• To process and confirm course bookings and payments
• To communicate with you about a course, consulting engagement, or the software waitlist you signed up for
• To improve our programs and services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to run this site and our business:

• Stripe handles all payment processing. Your payment details are governed by Stripe's own privacy policy and never pass through our servers.
• Google Workspace is used to send and receive the emails generated by our contact forms.
• Google Fonts is used to load the typefaces on this site.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, deliver a course or service you've booked, or meet our own record-keeping and tax obligations. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.

Your Rights

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or withdraw your consent to our continued use of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

Children's Privacy

This site and our services are directed at adults working in or entering the logistics industry. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
